Ann Martindale practices in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, business law, commercial lending, zoning and land use, estate planning, probate and condominium law. She is a 1988 graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Law and received her B.A. from the University of Michigan. She joined the firm in 1997 and is now its managing partner. A resident of Warren, Connecticut, she is chairman of the Warren Zoning Board of Appeals, vice president of the Warren Land Trust, Inc., vice chairman of the Lake Waramaug Task Force Inc. and secretary of The Pratt Center, 190-acre nature center in New Milford.
